Why do we exist?

Imagination is one of humanity’s greatest gifts—it is the foundation of innovation, progress, and world-changing ideas. To create a radically better future, we must first allow ourselves to imagine it.

While children naturally experiment and play, adults often trade curiosity for certainty - fearing judgment, failure, and shame.

At MINCA, we provide an oasis where the emphasis is not on objectives, results, or judging outcomes as “good” or “bad.” Instead, our experiences are grounded in the belief that the true joy of life resides in the process, not the end result.

Our vision of personal development embraces curiosity, an open mind, and a collaborative "yes, and" mentality. We empower participants to relinquish control, embrace unknown outcomes, and prioritize active participation over passive observation.

Success to us means creating a space for people to find their own personal “Flow State,” where they lose a sense of time, feel at ease with no pressure to perform, and connect deeply with themselves and others.
