MINCA
Experiential courses — launching january 2026
MINCA is a space to train presence.
Most of us struggle to slow down.
We’re overstimulated, distracted, and constantly pulled in different directions.
At MINCA, We explore what it means to feel, move, listen, and create with full attention.
What is minca?
MINCA offers experiential courses designed to help you reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and regain clarity, especially in moments of transition.
We use a mix of tools and exercises inspired by performance artist Marina Abramović, mindfulness practices from around the world, and original practices we’ve developed over time.
Each session is a chance to step away from the noise and return to yourself.
OUR METHODOLOGY
we believe in learning by doing and by feeling. our methodology integrates 4 key elements:
Mindfulness — practices that train attention and presence.
Movement — connecting body and mind through conscious action.
Making — creative exercises that help you express and explore.
Meaning — reflection and journaling to integrate your experience.
Each “M” offers a doorway.
Together, they help you move from overwhelm to focus, distraction to clarity, and restlessness to calm.
is minca right for you?
